STORAGE
- Macarons ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
PREPARATION
- For the best flavor and texture, allow frozen macarons to thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
- If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve chilled directly from the refrigerator, or let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes for a softer texture and fuller flavor.

What is the return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all miFLAVOUR wholesale sales are final, and we cannot accept returns of unsold or unwanted products.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the products and packaging. Once reviewed, eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement or account credit.
We are unable to provide credit for products that were improperly stored, handled after delivery, or not sold before their recommended shelf life.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All miFLAVOUR wholesale purchases are final sale due to the perishable nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold or unwanted items. Damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for review.
